OVERVIEW:

A national cruise business purchased a duplex space in the Reno/Tahoe area, with intentions of using one half of the space initially for their start-up office. The client had plans to expand into the second half of the space as the business continued to grow.

CIS was approached to design and install cabling for the company. CIS installed a solution which met the cabling needs and provided for future expansion.

Services provided:

  • Installation of (34) Cat 5E cables with terminations to patch panels and jacks
  • Provide (17) face plates on (2) 48-port patch panels
  • Testing and certification of all cables
  • In-floor cabling for conference room

OUTCOME:

CIS installed cabling to the planned occupied space to be customer ready. Lengths of cable were run to the unoccupied area to be ready to drop when customer was ready to expand.
